Fosfofagia 03. Food interferences in the public space through the idea of sell fluorescent food in the streets of Delhi. It worked as an intrusion that tried to arouse creativity and magic. Little actions happened in the streets all long the 4 weeks of the residency. Street food restaurants cook fluorescent Indian food in particular days, creating then ceremonies of ingestion of light and the option of a new communal celebration. The opening day become the weeding between the street and the food.
